How to Return

RETURN POLICY: ALL Returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order was received. Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and tags must still be attached. Refunds are issued in form of MERCHANDISE credit. no returns/ exchanges on any big warehouse clear-out items. example: 50% off blowout sale. 

Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department at pinkblossomboutique19@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. We try our best to replace all defective merchandise ASAP.

We MUST be notified by email prior to sending anything back to the store. Once return is approved, items can be sent there. no refund will be given without prior notice.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
